How to change date format

Hello guys
I recently got xiaomi m2s with MIUI 3.7.5, the phone is awesome but I've got a little issue. As you can see here my date format is yyyy/mm/dd but I don't want it that way. I found how to change it from the settings and made it dd/mm/yyyy but it doesent change in the clock or calendar. What can I do?

My other question is little stupid but why is there a lock on the clock app? From where can I control this?

Download current theme and edit with miui theme editor.
You need to edit the xxxtheme/lockscreen/advance/manifest.xml file.
I'm doing this way, fast and hassle-free.

But where can I find the default v5 theme /I've downloaded the others/? Is there a theme folder that is accessible from my computer? And do I need to change xxxtheme/lockscreen/advance/manifest.xml file. for all the themes I use?

edit: I think I found the themes in Computer\MI 2\Internal storage\MIUI\theme\.data\content\theme but their format is MRC.
