How do i update Poco f3 from 12.5.2

Hi there, last time i flashed 12.5.2 Eu rom on my Poco f3 via fastboot method, but a new update has arrived 12.5.3 stable version then i downloaded that file, ND though I can I update using fastboot method which is easy but there was no option for fastboot I think only TWRP and I'm noob with TWRP I have TWRP file in my laptop but I don't have no idea what to do and how do I keep my Device updated

In fastboot mode from your computer just boot twrp :
fastboot boot twrpname.img
And install the new rom with/from it.
You get permanent TWRP after install.
Easy!
