How delete gmail account from eu_multi_MI5X_V11.0.3

Hi,

I installed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5X_V11.0.3.0.ODBCNXM_v11-8.1.zip but I want to delete old gmail account and put a new one, I got add a new one but no possible delete the old one, Is there any option?, Do I have to keep both account?

I tried to reset factory but it launch TWRP, I don't want to install again the ROM, Is it possible to initialize it or delete the old account?

I got it, in "synchronization" menu you can delete it, but if I want to reset to factory, Is there any easy way?
