Help With Set-up Of Mi4s For Use In Uk

Hi
Tecnophobe novice (me) has a Xiaomi Mi4S phone and I want to set it up for use in the UK. Does anyone know where I can find/have a good tutorial to enable me to hide all the Chinese stuff and get it to work (in English in the UK)

All help gratefully appreciated. Incidentally, Phone is a Chinese import and has google play store installed
