HELP! win 11 won't recognize 11t pro 13.0.2 miui eu when connected via usb

11t pro 13.0.2 eu - win 11 on dell 7350

on my hp laptop, win 10 recognizes 11t pro perfectly with the 3 cables i got

on my dell laptop, win 11 doesn't recognize it at all
no popup to select connection mode like when i connect it to the hp laptop
here the phone just starts charging

in win 11 i tried installing
Qualcomm_Driver_v1.0
ADB_Driver_R13
Xiaomi_PC_Suite_3.2.1.3111

nothing changed

i selected mtp as default in developper options but nothing changed as well

is this a win 11 problem? has anyone managed to connect 11 t pro to win 11?

Me too I also have this problem. To be specific when I plug it to my Lenovo it works fine. But when I connect it to my Asus it doesn't work normally says device descriptor failed

But when I connect someone else's phone to my laptop that's the Asus. It works. Any help please
