Gps And Google Play Services Issue After Upgrade To 8.2.1

Hi.
Last month I upgraded to 8.2.1 from 8.1 via OTA.

Since then, the GPS is working very bad as in
- google maps takes several seconds, even up to 10, to find location
- city mapper can take 30 seconds
- Car2Go and other app cannot find location at all

Also Google play services is not working properly as in
- whatsapp often loses connections and I have to go back to the app to let it sync again messages, so I can stay hourse without notification on receive messages
- some app do not see Google Play SErvices at all, like deliveroo:

and of course play services is installed I upgraded it with the APK for android 7.0.

My version is 8.2.1.0 NAACNEB and that one is 8.2.1.0 NAAMIEB not sure what the last characters are for.
Does the Stable ROM Pack include all google services by default?

I've asked for possible solution using the pool option
