This just happened to me when I installed the rom together with opengapps. Don't install opengapps.

I think, go to TWRP, select wipe, advanced wipe, and just wipe : "Dalvik cache" and "Cache".

Reboot system and say me if the error message is still alive.

PS: I'm French and i don't talk english really good.
