Ftp Server Gone

Hello dear friends!
Just updated my Minote Pro to stable 7.3.1.0 (LXHCNDD), everything seems to be ok so far, maybe a bit better battery management.
Got two questions:
1. The FTP server under miui stock Explorer has disappeared , it was very convenient, I know I can install another FTP server from Gplay but I prefer the old one.
2. Old problem, maybe someone could help, when I am on headphones listening music, when I receive messages, email or whatsapp the volume goes down a little bit but I cannot hear notification tones at all. At normal phone calls everything is ok.
