Wondering if the latest android 12 weekly Xiaomi.eu version will eventually be OTA?

Does anyone know a good step-by-step for fastboot installing the latest weekly release?

Will fastboot installing the latest weekly erase my phone settings + apps? (id like to keep them)

Ok great.

I have TWRP installed but I still need to plug my phone into my pc and use command line to force the install?

Where would I get the bat file? I have the latest xiaomi.eu rom img file downloaded.

I should add, I already flashed xiaomi.eu, just an older version
