Error While Try Flash Twrp In A Brick Mi Note Pro

Hi,

I have my phone bricked when i try install the last stable version of miui 9. I'm trying reflash twrp to android 7 in my phone via fastboot but this show me this error message:

I tried erase the actual recovery but this show error too.

Doesn't that mean that your bootloader is locked?
Did you unlock bootloader through Xiaomi page?

Yes, i solved this unloking boot loader with xiaomi unlock. .the funny thing is that I had the bootloader unlocked to install the previous rom from xiaomi.eu, but when I installed the rom of miui 9 with android 7 it has been blocked again.
