Downgrade Android 11 to Android 10 - Mi Note 10

Good afternoon. I'm using the MIUI 10.3 MIUI 12.3 / 20.11.18 Android 11 on my Mi Note 10 phone, but I see difficulty with processing, it got slower, screen print is delayed, as well as other apps. I want to go back to the xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote10_MICC9Pro_20.9.17_v12-10 version. I can not do that.
When I do the procedure through TWRP, then it ends up only in TWRP mode and there is no way to start. Can anyone help me with the procedure through TWRP for this version downgrade?

First check that your phone is NOT protected by AntiRollback. Then clean flash the official A10 fastboot rom with MiFlash. After that flash TWRP again and at last your desired xiaomi.eu rom
