I returned to the factory and restored a backup and was the same.

Restore factory and restarted. He installed my apps, go home and see you again beaten. No data no voice.

Yes. The problem was some files in the root of SD. I think that a backup made in TWRP was the problem and it made the files.
Only delete the files and the device work fine
