Data issue while calling after last update (12.0.6.0)

Hi. Since the last update, I cannot longer use the data while calling, and overall I got a really bad reception. My operator doesn't have VoLTE, but I've always been able to use 3G during calls.

Not sure if this is a bug or just my phone going crazy, but got the problem since the last update.
Already tried wiping just the cache to doing and entire data wipe with no results. Any help would be appreciated at this point. Happy holidays to everyone
