I cant find anywhere. Not in developer stteing. Not in screen.

It is there(in the developers menu) but the settings menu is not dark even with the night mode always on.

None of the devices has dark Settings yet... (except for MI9 on Developer/Beta).
The feature is not even fully ready for the public (that's why it's in Developer options).
