Invalid Dark mode keeps turning on and breaking theme

I set dark theme of ( also dark theme isn't working) but it keeps turning on and breaking my theme because my status bar theme is black when the dark mode gets on it turns to white and I have to reboot to make things right and this is disturbing.
My Device is mi mix 2s

Then don't use Dark Mode. It's an in-development feature. It's not even available on official ROMs.

I turned it off but it turned on by itself

here too, I just got back to the classic theme till next update
