Nowhere. If you want normal Xiaomi warranty, then it will come with official Xiaomi firmware and locked bootloader.

Impossible, doesn't unlocking the bootloader technically void the warranty? You're not putting on this ROM with a locked bootloader.

As ever you're far better buying the phone normally yourself and doing the dirty work.
