Com.android.phone Has Stopped 8.5.5.0 Nikel

I've tried to flash the 8.5.5.0 stable rom, but it gives me that error. With the 8.5.2.0 stable it is all ok!
com.android.phone has stopped
Anyway to solve this ?
When will Noguat be avaiable for nikel devices ?
