Colour temperature on 9.11.14 too warm/yellowish on Mi9/K20

Anyone else experiencing the display too warm/yellowish in colour temperature. checked settings. colour set to standard an automatic adjustment.
didn't have this on latest global stock. just noticed it after unlocking bootloader and flashing latest xiaomi.eu rom from november 14.
any help is appreciated.
