Chinese Theme related push notification?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows what this morning's notification was about? I've never seen the themes application push out messages before and this one was not translated into English. I'm on latest official Rom for One X.

its some sort of promotion of theme... its pulled from the Chinese servers so we cant translate it...
