Hi,
yesterday y flashed xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMAX3_8.8.30_v10-8.1 on my Mi Max 3 with TWRP and everything was ok. But after installing my company MDM (Maas360) it prompted me with the message "The Encrypt policy can not be applied". I tried to encryp manually the phone, and it did a reboot, but nothing happened. It is not encrypted.
I sent the issue to the bugs subforum.
Does it happen to any of you too?
