Can I switch from Xiaomi.eu stable to Xiaomi.eu beta without losing data?

Is it possible to switch from stable to beta without wiping data?I dont want to do backup/restore stuff....just switch to beta?

Latest Beta is always newer than latest Stable. (unless release of Beta is halted, of course, then Stable catches up after a few months)
