Hi,

my wife's 5x with last update, when calling, suddenly screen becomes black and can't wake up. She must force turn off. It happens one time also with camera.

App for feedback doesn't work, it ask for an element to choose, but there are nothing to choose in the page.

Security App => Manage App => System Launcher (Search) => Clear Data
(For Non English user, change your system language to English and follow the instruction)
