New Alarm clock bug on miui redmi note 4x redmi 4x mi 5 redmi note 5

Hi. I have redmi note 4x and i need set alarm clock at 2:30 night. But clock set alarm on 3:30... Three is no way to set on 2... I check this bug on redmi note 4x (my phone) redmi 4x(my life phone) redmi note 5(phone my brother) and mi5 (phone my friends) all this phone Has the same bug... So this ismiui problem. Unable to reproduce on Mi 5 and Mi 6.

In Europe we just had the change to summer time on Sunday - 2:30 became 3:30.

Might that be connected with the problem somehow?

I also have Daylight Saving Time in my country. Still can't reproduce the issue.

I was thinking that that possibly was the whole problem.
If they set the alarm late Saturday evening, I mean

I just tried on Redme 4x, no problem to set the alarm.
Must be the change from Winter - to Summertime.
