New [9.7.22][Mi9]Screen issue on the top of chrome

Can confirm it happening on my mi9 as well. I think it happens on websites where there is a bar on top that slides a bit and becomes a tab like menu.

It happens from time to time. I'm not really sure how to trigger it but can still confirm that sometimes a website does it, sometimes doesn't but it is present.
