New [9.11.28] Switching to dark/light mode make launcher crash

Hi, i've just updated to 9.11.28 and found one bug, switching theme between dark and light mode is making the stock launcher crash.

Same for me with Mi9. It turns to dark mode or back to normal mode and than an error occured.
