I don't know directly but you can get it using tools such as Accubattery.
Or you can also enter the service menu.

Is this version compatible with MI3W? If yes, can I install it directly or I have to install some other initial version of MIUI10 first?

Its just me or audio in 8.9.6 (music w/ earbuds) is noticeable worst than other previous releases? Sounds weak, without quality.
Are the same codecs from source or anything has changed? Used to work great but now is terrible.
