New 10.3 playstore keep waiting for network..

So this happen in 10.3 with my mi max 3 and mi pad 4 + ...this is need to be fix ...keep waiting for network even already setting to wifi or any network....


Suspect course this error because this new download mode..before v8 its work just fine..tq
