It seems like it because I was monitoring the battery usage using Franco Kernel Manager and deep sleep used to always be 0% but after rebooting, it is now around 85%. I'm not totally sure if this is the same as the previous build though

Not sure about previous builds but VPN works fine for me on K30 Pro. Used both 1.1.1.1 Warp VPN and Unlocator VPN

I realized that I did have issues with deep sleep and it was draining battery but as someone else said, restarting pretty much fixes the issue

Just updated to the newest 21.12.10 build on my K30 Pro and the lag is pretty much gone now. And yes, this is without the workaround so the font doesn't look ugly anymore. This build is pretty much almost perfect to use as a daily driver hopefully until a few weeks/months after miui 13 is out...
