hello guys so I have a xiaomi 15 running hyper os4 beta official I want to ask can I with an unlocked bootloader flash xiaomi.eu hyper os3 ROM because that is technically downgrading is it possible to not brick my device

yes you can, Xiaomi doesnt really use anti rollback anymore so it should be fine.
