Xiaomi 13 Ultra (CN → Global) bricked after relocking bootloader — cannot enter EDL (9008). Need help.

Hi everyone,


I’m looking for help with a serious issue on my Xiaomi 13 Ultra.


My device is a Chinese model that was running a Global ROM. The bootloader was originally unlocked. I reflashed the phone because I stopped receiving HyperOS 3 updates and I had lost access to banking apps and Google Pay due to the unlocked state.


After flashing the Global firmware again, I relocked the bootloader to restore security certification. Unfortunately, the phone became bricked right after the relock. It now only boots to fastboot and cannot start the system.


Current situation:

• Fastboot accessible
• System does not boot
• Manual EDL/test point attempts failed
• PC does not detect the device in Qualcomm 9008 mode, only "Android Bootloader Device"
• Mi Unlock cannot be used (bootloader is locked)

So I’m stuck with a locked bootloader and no EDL access.


I’m looking for:

• A way to unlock the bootloader remotely (authorized account/service)
  or
• Any other method to recover or unbrick the device

If anyone has experience with CN → Global Xiaomi 13 Ultra bricks or authorized EDL/remote unlock services, I would really appreciate guidance.

I tried to re-lock the bootloader on a chinese Xiaomi 13 ultra but ended with my device only booting to fastboot.

Hello, my situation is different because my 13 ultra is running a fake global rom but the bootloader is locked, can you help me unlock it ?
