Apps sometimes don't open + App overview frozen

I use the Xiaomi mi 13 Fuxi.

Always newest HOS 2.0 ROM.

Since Hyper OS 2.0 update I have following problem:

When I open apps, they sometime do not open, just a frozen loading screen.
->When I close the app and restart they work mostly.

In App overview I can't go from one app to another, they are shown up but when I touch on them nothing happens like its not reacting.
Also when I long press an app it doesnt open the menue which gives options like lock an app and stuff. You know what I mean? Just nothing happens.
But I can swipe apps on this Screen to close them.

Anyone else got this problem and any solution? I cleared cache + dalvik - nothing happens afterwards.

Solved:
It was problem with third party launcher.
Switching back to XIAOMI launcher and than back to alternative launcher fixed the problem.

It seems like a bug from the Hyper OS 2.0 update. Try restarting your phone and clearing the system cache through recovery mode.
