Lavender's Android 10 MIUI 12 SIM is NOT recognized

Hello.
I tried to install the weekly ROM of MIUI 12 with Android 10 for Redmi Note 7 (lavender), I tried in several ways.

- Flashing over the ROM I had (MIUI 11 v11.0.7.0 stable).
- Cleaning the installation with all wipes.
- Even with the ADB Sideload.

But there's no way he recognized the SIM,
Is there a solution to this?

Not a big problem, and i have had It in every .eu rom, just learn some ussd comand and you can use your phone at the best

Has anyone managed to solve the problem? I have to activate the miui account and since I do not have Wi-Fi or a simcard I have not overcome that screen, so I have the phone totally disabled, with no way to install any rom ....

Thank you very much for the support document, I have managed to make the two sims work on miui 12 (android 10) in my case I bought the Redmi note 7 in the main company of Mexico, however, I always had the problem that it was already coming from the factory Modified the software with its customization and at the same time the blocking of the second memory slot, then I managed to update as we all know to miui 11, (if I remember correctly it was v.11.0.7 and all perfect if we can work the second sim slot , as soon as miui 12 came out weekly (V.20.6.1zip) I decided to install it knowing that maybe I would lose the signal and so it was, I lost the signal and my phone did not work as such for calls and mobile data, which returned me to the version that if everything worked, I followed this tutorial that the companion jcesarcabrera left and it has worked for me wonderfully !! Now I am in the miui 12 version tomorrow and with signal from both sim slots, everything is going great, better than when I bought the equipment

I've tried to apply the tutorial but in step 3.3 fail, when I execute the command: setprop sys.usb.config rndis,diag,adb, the system answer: setprop: failed to set property 'sys.usb.config' to 'rndis.diag.adb', what can I do?

A couple days ago I lost access to my SIM when I updated to MIUI 12 ota. but I just fixed this using the cabrera tutorial, and I had the "failed to set property" error like @netgan . What I had to do was to downgrade back to MIUI 10 Android 9 (more specifically 10.3.10 PFGMIXM) using XiaoMiTool. Then the cabrera tutorial worked flawlessly. I updated to MIUI 11 Android 9 ota and my SIM was still detected, and then I used XIaoMiTool to install MIUI 11 Android 10 (QFGMIXM) and it was still detected, so SUCCESS.

I won't update to MIUI12 since I've already seen how bugged it is and I don't recommend it either. All this mess and I was back again where I started. (Also it consumes battery like a hog, stay in MIUI 11 Android 10 as long as you can at least until Xiaomi fixes all the bugs).

He intentado aplicar el tutorial pero en el paso 3.3 falla, cuando ejecuto el comando: setprop sys.usb.config rndis,diag,adb, el sistema responde: setprop: no se pudo establecer la propiedad 'sys.usb.config' en 'rndis.diag.adb', ¿qué puedo hacer?

También tengo el mismo problema, ya lo solucionaste? o alguien más lo solucionó?

Hace un par de días perdí el acceso a mi SIM cuando actualicé a MIUI 12 ota. pero acabo de arreglar esto usando el tutorial de cabrera, y tuve el error "no se pudo establecer la propiedad" como @netgan . Lo que tuve que hacer fue volver a cambiar a MIUI 10 Android 9 (más específicamente 10.3.10 PFGMIXM) usando XiaoMiTool. Entonces el tutorial de cabrera funcionó a la perfección. Actualicé a MIUI 11 Android 9 ota y mi SIM aún se detectó, y luego usé XIaoMiTool para instalar MIUI 11 Android 10 (QFGMIXM) y aún se detectó, así que ÉXITO.

No actualizaré a MIUI12 porque ya he visto lo bugeado que está y tampoco lo recomiendo. Todo este lío y yo estaba de vuelta donde empecé. (También consume batería como un cerdo, quédese en MIUI 11 Android 10 todo el tiempo que pueda, al menos hasta que Xiaomi solucione todos los errores).

es algo tarde, pero todavía conservas la ROM? o sabes dónde la puedo encontrar?
