After the phone updated to MIUI 12.1.4.0 (RJIEUXM) in my Xioaomi MI 10 Lite 5G, all the incoming calls are shown as unkonwn. What can I do?

You aren't on the Xiaomi.eu Firmware, you have the Mi10 Lite 5g (Monet)
You have to get the firmware xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10LITE5G_V12.1.1.0.RJIMIXM_v12-11.zip
