Is it possible to restore the recovery area by installing the official ROM with Flash All using Miflash?
Will my Mix2S become scrap iron if the installation fails?

My Mix2s had a broken recovery area 3 months ago and TWRP stopped booting.
I want to restore from backup, but I can't restore Mix2S.

It should work the image has all the partition info ready and if you flash all of it, it fixes recovery

I put the official global rom in flash all with Miflash.
It ended with an error, but since the ROM was installed, I put twrp into recovery with adb and flashboot.
After that, I was able to put in an eu custom rom.
I became a bricklayer several times, but I'm glad I came back.
