I cannot download themes

When I try to download something from the themes app, I get following error: "Download failed: 300008"
I tried clearing data and so on, but nothing worked (Poco f2 Pro, xiaomi.eu 12.2.1.0 RJKCNXM stable).
Can somebody help me please?

I can't because I am using xiaomi.eu as I said.

And again, because I am using xiaomi.eu the option for uninstalling updates for system apps IS NOT THERE

I have exactly the same error as you, have you been able to solve it? How did you do it?
