Try use orangefox recovery. At beginning I had same problem with twrp and so go to this recovery and now work correctly

I used fox too, but the internal storage are encrypter :/

You don't have PIN/Password to unlock your phone? Create it and use it when TWRP/OrangeFox ask for decryption.

encryption is not releated with pin
mine encrypted too.
i made clean install with format data.

the pin code is from the phone, but it does not match the date of TWRP/OrangeFox
