Flickering screen and other issues

Hey!
I have a Mi 8 UD and after 9.7.4 a lot of issues started to happen.
Flickering screen when opening apps
Working apps but it just goes to next screen of the app if I "pretend" to go to the multitask page.
Sometimes when I'm going to unlock it the screen doesn't light up and fingerprint icon blinks in a dark background making me loose call and not being able to use the phone until I force restart it
Can somebody please help?(without a full reset if it's possible)

Do this after each reboot until we get a real fix:
