Beta global 9.3.28 to Xiaomi.eu 9.3.28

I'm using beta global for months, but now I've decided to try Xiaomi.eu... My main question is about ARB... So, as I'm running 9.3.28 I just need to flash the Xiaomi.eu rom? I read something about ARB lv4 in 9.3.28...

I have orange fox recovery and magisk installed.

You should be fine as long as you don't downgrade to an older version (like a Stable ROM).
