Can’t install Xiaomi.eu rom in Mix 2S

Hi,

I installed TWRP, and booting to it (power+ vol up) I enter the TWRP menu.It asks for a password due to some data is encrypted, but I still can proceed.
After that I install the latest version of Xiaomi.eu rom (weekly release) all goes well, and at the end gives the option to reboot the system and at the same time, asks if I want to install the TWRP App (I imagine is play store app, since my phone already have TWRP installed).

I choose to reboot the system, and the phone starts rebooting, and it stays forever in a state where you see the see dots on the bottom of the screen moving, but does not go nowhere. I left it all night long and nothing.
This morning I repeated the process and nothing.

Can anyone shed some light, please?

Hi, in the Wipe section of TWRP there is an option FORMAT DATA - click on it and confirm the erasure. Reboot the phone to TWRP and copy the rom to your phone. Install it and reboot to system.
