Flashed With Twrp And Lock But Cannot Boot

I've installed twrp and flashed my mi5s to the stable eu rom. I could boot the phone if the bootloader is unlock. However, once i lock the bootloader with fastboot oem lock, the phone is unable to boot up.

I've also tried flashing back to stable China ROM and that gives the same behavior.

Can anyone help?

Hi, I've already solved my problem. I flashed back the lower version of the China stable ROM and now I'm able to lock the boot loader.

Need to lock the bootloader to use Android pay and other software.
