Can't Get Valid Device Id

I just flashed to weekly rom, and suddenly this happened when I've completed setting all the apps. any idea why this happened and how to fix it?

I googled and found some tips:

• restart many times until it fixed
• factory reset

and the result are:

• I tried restart many times, but it doesn't seem to fix.
• I tried backup, factory reset, then restore again but it also didn't fix.
• and last, I tried factory reset without restore, it fixed for a moment, then the warning show up again when I tried to log in to Mi account.

@Urcik is there any way to backup my IMEI after I get it back? I didn't seem to find one.
