New REDMI 1S/WCDMA security/data usage bug

I want to report (another) bug on RedMi 1S/WCDMA: data usage restriction (using security/data usage built-in app) on v. 34.0.0/34.0.0/36.0.0 stable multilang is useless. Almost everything is grayed out and you can't change any setting.

Are you using 36.0.0 multilang stable firmware? I have 2 identical RedMi 1S WCDMA phones, and on both of them I have this problem.

L.E: I found the culprit. I was using both phones in Romanian. As soon as went back to English, everything was ok.
It seems like there are 2 problems: translation to Romanian is wrong and there is a bug there that doesn't allow me to do some things. I don't have the time now but I'll be back tomorrow with some screenshots.
