I'm currently having two issues with my Redmi 10 lite.
First, I'm stuck in a bootloop. I've followed all the recommendations from various sources on the web about different ways reboot the phone but it continually returns to the recovery mode page. I really do not want to have to do a hard resent and wipe the phone's data, so any advice on how to get out of this would be appreciated.
Similarly, I've been trying to use the PCsuite to backup my data while in recovery mode, but when I connect my phone via USB ,the PCsuite doesn't acknowledge that anything is connected at all. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy that?
