Just wait for the time to display and then it's good.
It is the Chinese government which has restricted the unlocking of the bootloader for CN devices and not only for Xiaomi.
360 hours in a lifetime is nothing.

Hello.
What can I do to unlock my bootloader ? I have Mi 11 Ultra Global version with China HyperOS (1.02.0UKACNXM). I want to change it back to Global MIUI.
I tried all variants to unlock bootloader but still have same message: Please add your account in Setting > Developer Options....

Same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

Oh thats interesting.
seems like some devices work with this.

Apparently it was only possible with chinese devices that came pre-installed with MIUI and had updates to HyperOS.
However Pad 6S Pro never had MIUI so this is interesting that it works.
