Xiaomi Redmi 5 Dual Sim 32GB

I am new here on this forum, but I have a question that I hope there is a forum member who can help me with this.
I received my new mobile "Xiaomi Redmi 5 Dual Sim 32GB Black" at home and what struck me is that the micro SD
card can not be formatted as internal memory.

I hope there is someone who can help me circumvent this. The android version is 7.1.2 N2G47H.
