Xiaomi.eu dropped support for devices using 32-bit ROMs (Redmi 7A an 8A are using 32-bit ROMs) => https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/why-the-xiaomi-eu-team-stop-support-7a-8a.59241/post-583463
So my advice is to use another custom ROM for these devices.
