Xiaomi.eu 7.2.23 : No Voice Recognition

Hi,

Just to report that I just installed xiaomi.eu 7.2.23 on my mi5s Plus.
I really think it doesn't work really well.
Global feeling is that the ROM is slow :-(
But the worst part of it ? It seems Voice recognition has gone.

Did I do something wrong while I installed this version or are others experimenting the same problems ?

[EDIT] : Installed... Voice recognition now works.
Any reason why this is not included as a standard feature in the xiaomi.eu ROM ?
