What should I do if the weekly beta of my phone is ending?

I have a Mi9 and the weekly beta is ending, I want to know if I need to do a clean flash to stable rom in order to receive the updates or I can just wait on beta and still get stable ota updates?

you have to move to stable via clean flash and wait for any OTA to come in close futur.......
