upgrade to hyperOS using TWRP

(sorry if this is answered somewhere). I have a Mi 11 Ultra 11 (China version with unlocked bootloader). Are there any detailed instructions on how to update from MIUI 14.0.13.0 TKACNXM stable to HyperOS in TWRP without losing the data?
