Hello Xiaomi Support Team,
I own a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, but unfortunately, the device suffered water damage, and as a result, the SIM slot is no longer working. The phone still functions perfectly over Wi-Fi.
I would like to unlock the bootloader of my device, but the Mi Unlock Tool requires me to bind my Mi Account through the “Mi Unlock Status” option in Developer Options. However, this process demands inserting a SIM card, which my device can no longer detect or use.
My situation in short:
Is there any alternative method to bind my Mi Account or unlock the bootloader without needing a SIM card?
I would highly appreciate any official solution or advice for users in my situation.
